Description
Essenhaus Soup Base is made from condensed meat with some salt added, whereas most soup bases are comprised primarily of salt with added meat flavor. The result is more flavor, less salt per unit, and the ability to measure out the exact amount of flavor desired. Essenhaus Soup Base can be used to make soup or add body and flavor to dishes like a pot roast or chili.
